1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OmegaMaria you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. What OmegaMaria is

OmegaMaria is the identity provider for the OmegaMaria LLC group of sites (currently PlusReserva and ShowBunch, alongside OmegaMaria itself): your OmegaMaria account is the single account you use to register and sign in everywhere in the group ("Sign in with OmegaMaria"). OmegaMaria also lets you manage your shared profile information (name, email, nickname, phone number) and a personal address book.

3. Who we are

OmegaMaria is a service operated by OmegaMaria LLC. For any communication regarding these Terms you can write to us at administration@omegamaria.com.

4. Requirements for use

To use OmegaMaria you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law applicable to you. By registering you declare that the information you provide is truthful, complete and up to date.

5. Registration and account

• You may create only one personal account, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including on any site of the group where you sign in with it.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, let us know immediately.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false, incomplete or unverifiable information.
• Your username, email address and phone number must be unique across the whole group: they cannot be reused by a different OmegaMaria account.

6. Sign-in on other sites of the group

When you choose "Sign in with OmegaMaria" on a connected site, that site does not receive your password: it only receives your name, email address, nickname and phone number, and creates or recognizes your account there using that information. Each site of the group remains solely responsible for the data generated by your activity on it (such as bookings, purchases or messages); OmegaMaria never receives that data back.

7. Address book

You may optionally save one or more addresses (home, work, billing or otherwise labeled) to your OmegaMaria profile. This data is managed entirely by you and is not automatically shared with any connected site.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or restriction.
• Providing false, misleading information, or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data belonging to other users.

9. Role of OmegaMaria and limitation of liability

OmegaMaria provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Since other sites of the group rely on OmegaMaria to authenticate their users, an OmegaMaria service disruption may temporarily prevent signing in to those sites as well; OmegaMaria is not responsible for the availability, content or conduct of any connected site, which remains independently responsible for its own service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any liability of OmegaMaria for damages arising from the use of the service is limited to direct damages actually suffered.

10. Suspension and account closure

• We may suspend or deactivate an account in case of violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of competent authorities.
• Since your OmegaMaria account is also used to sign in to other sites of the group, suspending it may prevent access to those sites as well.
• You may request deactivation of your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to the service and to these Terms

We may update the service's features or these Terms over time. Substantial changes will be communicated to you with reasonable notice; continued use of OmegaMaria after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the data controller of the service. If you reside in the European Union as a consumer, you retain in any case the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection rules provided by the law of your country of residence.
